Help with a Vintage Wool Hockey Sweater & a Wilson Baseball Jersey

Picked up these both in Toronto last week at vintage clothing stores. I believe the hockey jersey to be a pretty good find - adult sized and has some good age - 1920's - '30's is my guess. Close? Does the "W" look familiar to anyone here?

The baseball jersey is a Wilson gamer, sized 46 with "ABC" in blocks on the front (a 1970's reforming of the Atlanta Black Crackers? .....wishful thinking!....or perhaps a grocery store chain, more likely.). The tagging is 1970's right? Anyone recognize the logo?

Those are nice pick ups. I dont think your sweater is quite that old though. I would say more 40-50's. just my opinion.

I wonder if you're hockey sweater is a vintage Western University (London, Ontario) hockey sweater. It's made in the school's colours (just a guess)

Thanks and I thought about that too, but aren't Western's colours purple not blue?
