I think I recall another "high noon" T206 Cy Young being discussed here previously. Maybe it was the same card, I can't locate the thread.

High noon error T206 Young? Interesting...looks like something spilled on it or it is missing color from mfg'ing. I am leaning towards the latter with the grade given.

It's definitely a print defect due to a plate issue, As Bryan stated there is a thread with scans of a couple like the one on ebay and I recall at least one
of them was/is a board members.

I also saw this card and was thinking I had never seen one like it. Also notice how there is a black squiggly line extending up into the upper white border which follows the same path as the discoloration. Very strange.

I have one unslabbed -to lazy to send it in. I knew there was another and thought there may have been an "oil drop" or a defect in the blue plate.
