Figured I'd try to go the "trade" route to pick up a color/print variation or two or perhaps some other cards I need for my sets. Offering up quite a few really scarce cards including a t209 BE Thompson SGC 10, an e107 Type 2 Tenney SGC AUT, a 1910 Eunc Candy Box Cobb SGC AUT, an e90-3 "purple" Dougherty (card is typically Brown), an e98 B&W card of Evers in an SGC 10 holder, a blank back t227 Baker or Bender and maybe more!
These cards are all ones I truly enjoy having in my collection but I realize you have to "give to get..". Within this group I mentioned, 3 of the cards may be unique to the hobby. I only know of two of the Cobbs and this is the only one I'm aware of without the base attached to it. There are perhaps as few as 3-4 of that Tenney and that B.E. "Uncle Sam" Thompson isn't exactly an easy card to find either! What I'm looking for are background color variations, scrap, printing errors, etc.. from the e90-1 through e98 caramel sets, m116s, d304s, d311s, d322s, etc.. An example of something I'd really like would be an e97 Camnitz with a blue background (they typically show up with yellow backgrounds); or perhaps a black and white m116. There's probably quite a bit out there that would qualify. t209be.jpg tenney-001.jpg CobbCandy.jpg Last edited by shammus; 05-19-2012 at 05:49 PM. |

Bumping this to increase the scope of what I'm looking for. I'd consider trades involving the cards mentioned above for the following -
* background color variations, scrap, printing errors, etc.. from the e90-1 through e107 caramel sets, m116s, d304s, d311s, d322s, etc.. * w590 (need 1) - Spencer * d304 (need 4 - lowgrade preferred) - Cobb, Lajoie, Wagner, Young * e103s (need 2) - Lajoie, Matty * d311s (need 3) - Daley, Delhi, Lewis * e98 commons (need 22)- need commons * 1918 Zeenuts - need most * 1910 Eunc orange borders (need 9 commons) - Bradley, Criger, Davis, Devlin, Doolan, Gibson, Laporte, Lord, and McConnell ** Would consider cash offers but again, these are all cards I'm really appreciative of having - NOT ones I'm trying to get rid of - so the offer would have to be a generous one I'm afraid ** |
