Anson family in the Hotel business ?
I picked up a Civil War CDV with the back stamp from:
Anson's Metropolitan Hotel could this be from Cap's family tree ?

That would be Rufus P. Anson a fairly highly regarded photographer of the mid to late 19th century. It's possible he is a cousin of some degree to Cap, Rufus is from Dutchess county, NY as was Cap's Grandfather.
