It's probably a real ticket but looks much later than 1890. How can the seller determine the date?

Just came in the mail and it's bigger than I thought, it measures 1.5" x 3.5" on thick stock. Actually I'm surprised how thick it is, it's almost as thick as a 3x4 card holder.

I have a ticket from a Lincoln game in 1906 that is the same size and thickness. Yours may be from the same time period. Great pickup btw.
