The SGC label say's 1961 Topps Banquet #10 1961 Rookie All-Star team

The other I think is a 1964 and it is the header card which I am told is the hardest because know one kept them LMK either way Thx, JIm

So yes it is a 1961 are you interested?? This test issue is uncataloged per SGC or until the 08' edition.
