Another "Buyer Beware"

This afternoon, this seller, rokki44, posted this card and a Play Ball DiMaggio. The DiMaggio was BINed right away. Upon my request the seller sent additional photos of the Gehrig since it looked like it was in a PSA case. The additional photos he sent are from a reprint he purchased a few weeks back on ebay.

Another red flag: The music CD under the seller's hand in picture #4 is Mindy McCready. Was she sleeping with Gehrig, too?

Jay - he must have just made it private. It was not private earlier this afternoon (it was a 100% feedback of 20 positives) and it's how I discovered he bought that card as a reprint a few weeks ago.

Martin - unfortunately, it was not pulled by ebay, but rather pulled by the seller (the difference is that the listing is still visible), who has since changed his feedback to private so it won't be so apparent next time. That move tells me the seller is regrouping for another effort, not trying to clean up his act.
