i submitted a card to them last week for grading, and i went on their website to check status. it is asking me for my customer ID and invoice number. i have the invoice, but can anyone tell me what the customer ID is? i tried using my login name, but it said invalid |

Call them tomorrow. If this is your first submission they will assign a customer number. If you have submitted before it should be in the upper right corner of the previous invoice. |
