Without Bill there would have been no 49er dynasty. Joe Montana and Steve Young would have simply been above average and Jerry Rice would have been teaching dancing lessons. |

RIP. Even the folks in Packerland regarded him as a great coach. He also came across as a respectable man off the field, and after retired. |
