PSA Review/Set Registry Special

Quickquestion for everyone. Has anyone ever submitted PSA graded card for review under the Set Registry special? (basically, does a card have to be RAW for the Set Registry Special?)

Right now its either pay $13/5-day Registry Special or have to fork over $30 for the normal 5-day service.

Just want to confirm it was for the registry special though.

I originally submitted card under the non-registry special for $13, but now I am looking to use the registry special.
