grade thoughts

I need to resubmit this so my holders match if i decide to keep this. I think this looks much better than my GAI 5.5 but the psa grade is actually lower than that. I don't get it, I mean they cant be that far off. There are no creases or surface wrinkles nor any paper loss.
So what do you guy's think grade wise ?

...if the corners look sharp, a VG or even VG-EX card will often look EXMT or higher. Minor flaws, like spider wrinkles, staining, transparent glue residue, etc. won't show up in a scan.

looks like a strong 5 with a possbile 6 slider. I personally cringe when I see a card in a gai holder. It is a real nice looking card either way.

Actually you can see the light toning in the scan on the back. It really is just very light dirt discoloration. Hardly noticable at all unless you really look. There are no wrinkles or surface issue's.

It is hard to get a good look at the corners from the scan. The toning on the back may be affecting the grade as well. If the PSA grade was even lower, I would think there must be something they are seeing in the card that we cannot pick up in the scan. The corners look ex/mt or maybe even nm from the scan.

Is it still holdered? I know there is a pretty good size variation in m116s, but there doesn't seem to a whole lot of top and bottom boarder.
