Why the 1957 Brooks Robinson? It's been a card that I've wanted for a really long time and have never purchased. Brooks is one of my all-time favorites and I would always have a place in my collection for him. I've always been a huge fan of the 57' Topps set. While his pic isn't the most amazing, it's still my favorite out of all his cards. Brooks didn't have too many good action-shot cards. |

To me, the five I could never part with is the same as the five I want the most. If told today that I could only ever have 5 cards, I would keep these and stop collecting. |

Julie, no I didn't win. But I hate that card. I want it only because I need it to complete my set of Hall of Famers. If it wasn't for that, I'd rather have Tommy McCarthy. The G&B Spalding is different. I'd love to have that card even if I wasn't putting together a set of Hall of Famers. |
