Reprint of Lipset Encyclopedia...

I finally ordered one from Mark Macrae, for $10 off. I had been using the originals steadily for 20 years, and (especially in the 19th century volume), pages were falling out right and left. The reprint, sadly, doesn't have the three beautiful covers, except in very small versions on the front.

If I didn't save everything I would not hasve half my card collection. I put those books in photo sleeves the second day I got them. I even have David Rudd's "pinky" in a sleeve that would grade Nm/MT!

if you're not going to use reference works for reference, what do you get them for? OR..did you get two of each? That would be smart! I've been using Lipset's books for over 20 years, so of course they aren't in pristine condition. And I use David Rudd's all the time, too.
