cmoking, E92 cards are generally not handcut cards. In this case, the Wagner card may have been cut from a sheet of unfinished E92s. In the past dealers have called these unfinished cards proofs. I don't think they are proofs. I think the card is just a card that was cut off a sheet where the printing process had not been completed. |
