well it really was just a matter of time, and i'm not in the least bit surprised, but it is a nice little victory. i did win my bet, but to be honest, that "friend" was really me too, just like some of his "bidders" were also him. i think there are more of him than there are of me though. god, this is confusing.

yes, i'm sure he'll be up and running again in no time, but at least it will take him a little while to build up his feedback rating again before featuring high priced items, and then there we'll be to track him down and topple him again. we're like crime-fighting super-heroes! able to leap tall scams in a signle bound - The Vintage Baseball Card League of America!

but somehow I would think eBay would remove the negative if the person who placed it threatened to kill you. Though perhaps eBay would consider that a grey area.
