When a person takes a PSA card, then sends it to another grader for reslabbing, what happens to the PSA Population Report? |

The same card will occupy multiple spots in the pop report. I believe both PSA and SGC ask that you return their labels if you crack open a slab, so that thye can make appropriate adjustments to the pop report. As a practical matter, though, I doubt this happens much.> |

...that when THEY (company 1) cracks open company 2's holder to put it in their own holder, they probably don't send the old labels back to company 2. Why spare the expense to make the competition's Pop report more accurate? |
