The top is seriously ugly. Now the center with the rubies and micro LED lights lighting up the stadium is very nice.

It's neat in an over the top sort of way.
But the "A" they use is too close to Oaklands. And I had to look up the stadium. Didn't even know they'd left Turner. Out of the handful of MLB parks I've visited, only one is still being used. Fenway- Yay, still around. Shea- Old Comiskey- Veterans Stadium - But for Army -Navy instead of baseball And two I count as halves... Atlanta Fulton County- (where I saw an olympic game) Turner field- which was the Olympic stadium when I was there. I really should get to Nickerson field so I can add 1/4 of a former MLB park. |
