Default looking for 1962 Ford Detroit Tiger postcards

Updated 8 December 2024. Looking to purchase 1962 Ford Detroit Tiger postcards. I need the following:
Dick Brown
Phil Cavaretta
Jack Homel
Mike Roarke

I wrote Terry Fox asking him when these were taken? He said a Ford representative grabbed a bunch of players and posed them along side a Ford automobile during Lakeland FL spring training. Mr. Fox even sent me a signed postcard of himself.

I alway's wondered with Al Kaline and Norm Cash were not included in this set.

Thanks for looking
Jim

I conduct a daily search of these postcards on ebay. The only ones that I see are Osbourne and Boros.

Why are the only ones advertised on ebay are Steve Boros and Larry Osbourne? I'm toying with the idea to see how many different autograph Osbournes I could get signed to various people. Heck, I have one made out to Jim and Dave.

Opening bids are most likely influenced from your want list above. Sellers will try to get top dollar known as "market price" when they know one person has to have it.

Default I tried.

Bought a collection recently with dozens of old Tigers postcards (and most other teams). I was certain there were a few of these in there. Alas, I only found Fox, Mossi (x2), and Osborne. All signed, but not the ones you're looking for. I only got half of this collection, though. I'll check with my friend who has the other half. Hopefully we can help get you closer.

I would be interested in seeing what other Tiger postcards you picked up. In addition to the Ford set, Dodge Motor Company released postcards of Mickey Lolich and Bill Freehan. Also, Lincoln Mercury released a few featuring Al Kaline.

Looks like a lot of team issued photo cards and JD McCarthy produced postcards. I'll try to grab you some pics a little later. Unfortunately, I don't see any other car-related ones like you mentioned.

I was able to pickup a Ron Kline this summer. I’m down to needing four more:
Dick Brown
Phil Cavarretta
Jack Homel
Mike Roarke

I had a bid on a Roarke on eBay a couple years ago but lost in the final minutes. I haven’t seen the other three postcards.
