That's because he spoke to eBay reguarding the card and they advised him to list it as such.

At least it's "consistant" with other cards. Or is it CONSISTANT? I think the all caps description adds to the mystique and doesn't actually make me want to punch him in the throat.

Both of this seller's items- the fake Wagner and fake Mantle rookie- are no longer available. I assume they were removed by ebay.
