talking about rare and never seen - E100

Since we are talking rare cards when was the last time anyone saw a type 2 E100 for sale? I have seen exactly 1, and bought it, about 6 years ago from a Lipset auction. Anyone seen any besides that one? How 'bout you old timers? I know Mark M has quite a few but I don't know anyone else with even 1.
