Stabilization experts

There is a group of cards in the mastro auction that are pasted onto a scrapbook. The breakup value on the group is great if the cards can be salvaged.

What are the chances of getting those cards out without severe back damage? Can anyone do this or does the scrapbook need to be sent to a certified stabilization expert?
