The Saga continues. Here is my thought: There exists 2 variations of the "C" on Davis' cap. One white and one brown. I believe the brown is a result of smeared ink from the background print as we see many partial white and brown. I am picturing a full brown and a full white. I do not believe the "blue" C exists.
