Blank back? Size? Paper stock? I haven't seen one like it that I remember. Any provenance where it came from? Cool looking card.
I know it's not one but, it sort of reminds me of the 1936 Goudey R314s.

Using Tineye, I'm 99% sure that image is cut out of this book:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...=papergreat-20

An image can be found here: http://www.papergreat.com/2013_02_10_archive.html

Upper Deck also used the image in 2005.

Great detective work!

But as Brian mentioned, the face looks touched up to remove the shadow.

I am thinking this as well, great work!

I agree, I thought this looked like a Goudey wide pen, but that threw me off since those were distributed before Jackie's time.

Here's another source, from a stock photo agency, you can buy a high-res download for $39 and print out yourself:
https://www.alamy.com/vintage-black-...330975945.html

Is this the book page?

Agree that Jackie's face looks off. Jumping to conclusions but the face looks AI generated to me.

It looks like an Exhibits knock-off.

Did the guy claim it was his dad's or stepfather's?

It looks like the shadow on Jackie's face from the bill of his cap (as seen in the photo/card in the post by sbfinley) has been removed or lightened.
