**ENDED** Earl Averill Jr autograph?
I purchased this at a card show and I don't know if it's authentic or not? Any feedback appreciated.
Earl Averill Jr (son of HOFer Howard Earl Averill) 1960 Topps #39 the card is skinned and paper thin. Signed in ink I don't know if it's real or not but the seller said it was. There is some tape residue on the edges , maybe this autographed card was skinned then taped into a scrapbook for display? Mr Averill passed away in 1983 at the age of 81 years. PayPal friends/family. Shipping is $1 in a plain white envelope. In the event the envelope is lost in the mail, I’ll refund 1/2 the purchase amount to the buyer. This just seems fair to me. I can guarantee I will drop the envelope in the mail. Rather than mail a plain white envelope at buyers risk, we can share the risk. I combine shipping.
