Default Pre-WWII Bakery Cards

Actual card threads are some of my faves. And I imagine quite a few deals have been done over the years because of them.

Show one if you want to... A fairly recent D381 trade with a board member and shown a few times but still ...

I have always found bread issues to be tougher than cookie/ Biscuit issues. Mom was typically opening bread and was less inclined to save cards.

Nice, Phil. Relative, perhaps? I must say, the old PCL was like MLB for the West coast. Very cool.

Another D310 Pacific Coast Biscuit, this one of Oscar Vitt, as well as a fun sheet cut D311 Pacific Coast Biscuit, D311's colorful little brother.

Leon, I recognize this card - thanks again for the trade!

Here's an example of the other D359 card, although this is not noted on the flip:

A D381 face that only a D303 Mother's Bread could love.

I will follow Leon's footsteps and show one that I've shown before. It is the only Pre-WW2 Bakery issue I have though.

Love the bakery cards. Seems like Moms tossed most of these out with the bread wrappers !

Dean, that's one of my favorite cards. I'm still looking for the answer on the backwards S on the uniform, which appears on Tenny's card too.

I love that you have Lionel's. Here's another favorite.

A pic I have shared in the past, but how can I not share my pre-WW2 bread loaf container alongside my pre-WW2 bread card?
