Yes, those are indeed some stray print lines on the left (and a tiny bit of stray print on the right). I will post some additional photos of the card now!

Here are the additional photos of the 1954 Ted Williams. The stray print line actually also goes across the center of the card right past Ted's eyes. They are very subtle (to me) when you look at the card, but it's all definitely there.
