Interesting description
https://www.ebay.com/itm/35441332939...mis&media=COPY
If it was to even sell, no way would it pass the new EBay authentication process right? |

Actually, since the card is graded and PSA will only check to see if the case is sealed properly, it *may* get through the Authenticity Guarantee. However, it says in the additional information that it was signed by Mantle, so you could return as INAD if you wanted to.

Guy is a hot mess between prices, overgrading, and the ridiculous Cobb story.

And the Mantle is part of a different lot.
Badly trimmed E90-1s for 200+...... anyone want mine at those prices? |

The description indicates grade is a "4". Probably because of the centering. I looked up the cert and it is correct and that is in fact the card on the PSA web site.

That is something cut out of a book, magazine, poster, or something similar. Then pasted to some old thicker paper stock and aged. It is more modern printing and a obvious copy of an original IMO.

Is this what the hobby has become? Idiots like this seller. Hopefully they disappear sooner than later

Here's the PSA pic of the card
So the card is legit. Does it belong to the seller? That's a whole other question amongst those raised above!

I'm going to guess the seller actually has it. Over 100 feedbacks at 100% rate. The seller had the card at $900 in the past and it didn't sel. Lots of overpriced vintage material from the seller. I was surprised to see the seller sold an autographed 56 Mantle for over $2K (had a cert from Dean's Cards).

Who posts a card, cuts off the grade, then says I'm selling the card not the grade but here's what the grade is? Something off here, I would pass.
