My guess is $78,325. That may or may not be with the buyers commission. 😉

That's a very specific number Jay. I'd take the under. I've already started to see a drop in the market with inflation, looming recession ect.

IMHO, those who have money and desire to purchase will not blink because of inflation and recession concerns.
