I've always been curious if anyone has a piece of Stan's that has his entire real name signed before he changed it to Stanley. That being Stanislaw Franciszek Musial. I assume not but who knows, maybe someone asked him to sign it one day and he obliged.

Can someone tell me why this only went for $100?
This would be Stan's first ever picture in a Cardinals uniform predating his m114 by a year. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-1942-S...-127632-2357-0 The seller has a similar piece listed for bid right now as well but a portrait of Stan instead of his batting stance. Looks like they probably go together. Edit: the link I sent was old. Looks like it resold for $195. And the other piece I mentioned sold as well in the past hour. Thought that was pretty cool.

Amadee Wohlschlaeger was a popular sports cartoonist for the St. Louis Post Dispatch from 1936-1981. He is a member of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame.
His work was simply singed, "Amadee". (Can you blame him?) In addition to sports he also also drew a daily front page cartoon of the Weatherbird for 49 years. Growing up in St. Louis, Stan and Amadee were front and center. Art critics and others will disagree, but in my eyes this is a one of a kind mini-masterpiece.
