Sold in Spring 2016 REA auction for $1440. Also sold this past Aug for $550. Ran across this today, min bid $400.

Its right up my alley as a Phil A's collector specifically Cochrane. Go nice in my case. Ive seen them before but I know nothing about them. Could an expert out there give me the skinny on what to look for here?
