I'm not really into fashion, but I couldn't help but notice the similarity between one of the Emmy winners outfit and a certain starship captain's. Who wore it better?

Love Olivia Coleman. Never could stand Kate Mulgrew in anything, including Voyager.
Local TV weathergirl has the same outfit too. Must be popular.
