The Passing of the Bomber

Gerd Mueller, German's World Cup hero and Bayern Munich star, passed away on August 15 after suffering from Alzheimers for many years. Affectionately known as "The Bomber of the Nation" for his goal scoring prowess, he passed away in a nursing home in Wolfratshausen at the age of 75.
