Default AJ Reach Sign For Sale
Rare and historically significant AJ ReCh sign with flange will be sold on 1/3/2021 via Brimfield Online Auction with seller Jared Rusty Dusty Mark. A similar sign sold for well over $20k on past.

I think it's a spam ad for an auction item put in the wrong place on the forum. Otherwise, looks kind of rusty to me.
