Is PSA Not Grading T206s with color variations?

I submitted one of the below cards for a PSA cross over.. and just received a "No Grade" on the card.... Being told it is not a recognized variation... which is absurd because I cracked one of these cards out of a PSA holder years back.. and had it switched to SGC.. and now looking to put it back in a PSA holder...

Im curious if anyone can share pictures of any similar T206s which have been graded by PSA so I have some evidence to show them on how they have already graded these... please post a picture of your PSA graded T206 card which is missing color if you have one..

I was able to find the picture of when the card was previously in a PSA holder..

I realize the flip doesn't say color variation.. but I told PSA I was fine with that... just wanted the card in an authentic holder.. and was told they wouldn't encase the card because they dont recognize the variation.. but do they recognize T206 cards? lol

Both PSA and SGC quit labeling color variation because they slabbed a ton of faded cards as color variations. Not sure when PSA stopped doing it but SGC hasn't done it for at least 3 years. That is the story I got from SGC about 3 years ago when I sent some to them.

yes but shouldn't they still be able to grade the card as a regular T206 and encapsulate as Authentic?

You would think so. That is what SGC did with mine about 3 years ago, graded but no "color variation" label.

Hey Jamie, they use to put it on the flip but as mentioned I don't think either will anymore unfortunately.
