Bell Brand Rams Football wrapper question

I am selling a couple of different wrappers but unsure which year each wrapper goes to? 1959 or 1960? I cannot find any internet records or pictures of these wrappers. Thanks!

total guess but the '59 cards (white borders) are colored similar to the package marked 39c. The '60 cards (yellow borders) are colored similar to the package marked 49c. Plus maybe the price of the chips went up from 1959 to 1960? Just a guess?

? for the experts . . . Did the enclosed Rams cards actually come in like a 1 cent printed card wrapper, or perhaps in a clear, sealed cellophane wrapper, much like the Bell Brand Dodgers cards of the same vintage? As a kid collector, that's how I recall getting the BB Dodger cards from '58-'62.

They came in a clear cellophane wrapper just like the baseball ones did.
