Heilbroner card - Ben Shields
Bought my first Heilbroner card for twenty bucks and couldn't be more over the moon. These babies are real baseball history. Ben Shields (RHP) was a name I had never heard of, but since he was on the 1923-28 Yankees I poked around and found a great Lou Gehrig link from 1923 that just bowled me over. Damm, sometimes you just find the smallest obscure thing in this hobby that makes your day. And week.
