Curious if these cards would break $99 limit...
Hello all,
I have these three HoFer that I wonder if they would be eligible for the PSA Quarterly Grading Special. The limit is $99 value per card. If they grade too high, they would be worth more than $99 I suspect, but if they grade low, would be fine I think. Any tips on which should stay an which should go for grading? And does PSA penalize you if they think your undervalued your submission?
