Default Looking For Buyer of My Collection

Guys, I am in process of getting ready to move from Rhode Island to Florida. I would like to sell my collection of cards (70s to present), memorabilia, and wooden bats to a single buyer. I am not trying to make a mint but I’d like to get a reasonable offer from someone that may be interested. Unfortunately, given the sheer amount of items in the collection, I am looking for a local buyer. If anyone is interested please PM me. I am hoping to not take it with me, while at the same time enhance someone’s collection and make some travel money. Thanks for your time.

Can you add some details? All that is visible are some junk era sets.

Thanks - Steve

Steve, you are correct that there are junk era sets included in the collection. Problem is that I have been collecting since 1971 and have not disposed of much since except for selling off commons. From a card perspective, I have multiple boxes of 1970s Topps from all four sports but mostly baseball. From the 70s on, I also did a ton of “player collecting” in the four major sports right up to present. Outside of those sets you pointed out, I do not collect commons as most of those monster boxes include hall of farmers, major stars, rookies, etc. I also have a number of oddball issues in the collection. Aside from the cards, there are additional boxes with various memorabilia including programs, magazines, oddball sets, etc. I realize that you can’t tell much by the pictures and that’s why I was looking for a local buyer. Yes, there are junk wax era sets but I am someone that doesn’t usually sell. Call me an “organized hoarder”, LOL. Hope this helps some. Thanks.
