Still need some help on one and a new one

My thanks to those who ID's the others. Still trying to figure out what this ball may be - first thought it was a O's reunion ball but Rafael Belliard signature doesn't fit. Have ID's Paul Blair Bill Swaggerty and Rafael's.

The second one is one I forgot to post and is on a California League ball.

Thanks, the note in the box these came in said that which is why I first thought it was an O's reunion ball. Appreciate your help.
