Trivia Question with a T206 Prize
Name the pitcher who had 5 Top 5 Cy Young Award Finishes, 4 top 10 MVP finishes yet fell off the HOF ballot in his first year of eligibility.
In case there's two or more guys who meet that criteria, the answer also had 4 seasons with as many or more intentional walks than unintentional walks! Winner will receive a raw, gradable (will receive a number) T206 of my choosing, may give winner a couple to choose from.

Dan Quisenberry? I know he had a lot of close calls on both awards, just not sure when he dropped off the ballot.
