Not sure what the spiritextensives site is, but from a cursory glance, I think every single item is listed on the site is "on sale" for $43.99.

Looks like someone trying to do a drop-ship where they list a card for more than they can buy it for, and when it sells they buy it from the cheaper site and have it mailed to their customer.
However, trying to do that with a live auction is an awful idea. eBay has numerous examples where someone will list a card BIN and someone else will see it, think there's meat on the bone, and list it for sale at a higher BIN. If the higher BIN gets popped, the card gets bought. If not, the drop shipper just keeps the other one on his watch list and cancels his listing when the other one gets sold.
