Hornsby Auto
Hi All,
Just came across this Hornsby Auto and want opinions. Compared the auto to others and it appears good, but would like opinions. The owner said his father was a member of this Lions Club during this banquet and program has inside that Members of the Chicago Cubs would be guest speakers, but does not give any names. (Probably unknown Cubs speakers at time of printing). I hope you don't mind me asking an approx. value, as autographs I usually do not dabble in. But this is tempting. That one is good in my opinion... I also think he is undervalued... I have seen cuts and gpc's close in the $4-500 range... My gut tells me this one would be in the same general vicinity...

I agree with Dave. Perhaps in the $400-600 ballpark. He is desirable, but not rare per se.

I'd say a slight premium on a playing days signature... Rookie era Hof signatures seem to be getting a lot of attention, and in some instances going for multiples of what a typical signature would go for...
