Phil,
It sold for $42 in a Mears auction. Sounds about right for a personalized ball though the date was a shutout for Marichal.

That's a sweet ball and if it were mine I would ask a lot more than $42. It appears it is probably a game ball. Nice item either way.

I was going to say $50 initially because it is personalized, which can hurt the value of a ball.
I googled Marichal and the date and Mears auction came up. That is where I got the price of $42.
