Default BF2 premiums

There have been several threads in the past on the BF2 premiums as described on the Ferguson advertising blotter. Four such premiums are described.
The first two are called pillow top premiums, one of baseball players and a similar one of actors. A sample of each of these was sold in the recent Heritage auction. Lelands has another baseball one in their current auction.
The other two premiums are large prize pennants, again of both baseball and actor subjects. I own a number of the baseball prize pennants but have never seen an example of an actor pennant until a few days ago. I thought it might be worth sharing.

That actress pennant is very cool and possibly one-of-a-kind. Thanks for sharing.

There was another Schulte pennant in a Verkman auction a few months ago. Same issue, but different colors than the one you show here.

Thanks for posting, this is interesting.

Any idea why the actors/actresses are so rare? Is it just because nobody saved them like they did for baseball players? Or is there an indication that they produced fewer?

Default another premium

Crazy. Since I posted, another prize actress pennant has shown up on Ebay, same seller as the other one. This one is Theda Bara.
BTW I think all four of the premiums should be considered quite rare. The baseball players might have been a little more popular, but as stated above, you had to save 50 tickets in order to get a premium. That was probably quite an accomplishment.
