Default Purchased Cobb instead of Ruth thanks.

Purchased a Cobb for now, thanks to everyone.
I will come back strong when I'm ready to buy a nice Bambino.

you won't find any Ruth for 1000.00 unless it comes with a magnifying glass or ultra violet light so you could see it with that

Yeah I better kick it up to $1500-$2000. For $1000 I would be forced to buy a 1 grade. Want something a touch nicer.

Don't get to discouraged, there are a number of different Ruth's you could get for less than $1k, especially if you're willing to look at premiums, strip cards, or multi-player cards. Off the top of my head you could check out the 1929 Kashins, 35 Goudey, R309-1, w554, 1921 exhibits, etc. Most of these could probably be picked up in at least VG for $1k.
