Machado Tobacco; How Tough?

Evan Jones listed it in Seconds Out and I am sure it is in the WTI, but I'd never actually seen one before, so my guess is that it is pretty tough to find, like the Aussie Ogden's of Peter Jackson. Anyway, since it is an Americas issue I had to pick it up as a type, and it will be listed in the forthcoming new edition of my book...whenever that is...
