Ernie Banks Autograph Photo...Real?
I recently purchased a 3.5 x 3.5 inch original snapshot photo of Ernie Banks.The photo is from the late 60's/early 70's. On the back of the photo it had his name written on it. At first glance, I didn't think much of it, since I thought whoever was the original owner...just wrote his name on the back. However, the more I looked at it, I saw characteristics that resembled his autograph. Is this Ernie Banks' autograph?

I've never seen one even close to that.The unformed E, and tag at the beginning of the B jumped out at me.

Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it.I actually thought the "E" and the "B" jumped out to me in a positive way. Rush signature maybe? I don't know. I found this online that seemed to be around the same time frame. I thought it look similar to my photo.

Just looking at the two signatures with no knowledge of Banks in general. The first one you posted has a downstroke and upstroke on the 'B', yet the second one has just an upstroke. There still appear to lots of similarities in the signatures despite that variance.
