Default Another Team Cab

1914 Memphis Turtles w/ Schlei, Stark, and a few other big leaguer's... I find the reverse interesting as it has Memphis - Nashville Box score on the back. (One guy on back row has a Turtle on his uniform)

Schlei was definitely playing out the string at this point. He played two seasons in Memphis at ages 36 and 37. He batted .234 against Single A pitching. It had to be a blow to the ego after being in the "Bigs".

Dolly Stark, at least managed to hit .268 in his one year at Memphis He was only 29 but would never sniff the Majors again. He played another 8 years though, finishing up for the Class C Okmulgee OK Drillers at 37.

Awesome!

Try this one on from the reverse side of cab... Dolly Stark hits Home Run :

"In the 8th frame, Stark cinched the game for the locals by hitting one of Heinie Berger's saliva shoot's into the "smokehouse" in left field."
