I've only got one e95 cicotte in poor. Would like to find a nicer one. also I think I remember Chief Bender having a cool card in that issue? Please, let's see some scans. Dave.

http://www.sgccardregistry.com/set.a...0&userset=4258

I finished my E95 recently.
I like lower grade cards , these are pretty frail and tend to be found in lower grades.
I doubt I will upgrade any of these unless a sweet deal tempts me.
I do have the Wagner PSA1 and Cobb yet to be submitted so if you click my registry link above you won't see those stars (yet)

It is one of my favorite sets, the Plank is an absolutely amazing image, as well as Chief Bender!

As mentioned, not a terribly difficult set as far as variations or availability...go get 'em Nelson!!

Yep the plank is amazing...and probably one of the most beautifull plank cards..

I look at the e95 and the t206 and if you dont think about value or rarity the look of the e95 and the background color of the e95 is more beautifull than the t206

There are lots of collectors who collect E95. They are great images and the set isn't too hard to complete. Not a lot of exciting rarities or mysteries though. Erik V. wrote a book on Philadelphia Caramel, with regards to the cards too. It can probably still be attained but not sure where. Good luck in the quest. Here is my type au-natural.

Nelson,

As mentioned in an earlier post, I researched this set, and the
Philadelphia Caramel Company and published my findings a few
Years back.

In terms of aesthetics and star power, the E95 set has these and
more. While my research is a bit lengthy for this post, I will say
that a lot of consideration was made by the Philadelphia Caramel
Company in regards to who was included in this set. My research
provides the "why" for many of the players were chosen to be included.

If your interested in purchasing a copy, let me know. There was only
one print run of my book. I have about a dozen copies left.

Best of luck with your E95 collecting.

ErikV

I'm just about finished with my mid-grade E95 set (still need a nice Wagner-anyone have one?) and I'm hoping someone can help me locate a copy of EricV's book. It would be a great companion to my set, which is the centerpiece of my collection. I tried contacting him via PM with no luck. If anyone can help me get a hold of him, or has an extra copy themselves I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Default Plank vs. Plank

I like to T207 - though I've never seen the E95. Could you post an image?
