Definitely a strange story. I tend to believe T'eo was, at least by a point, part of he conspiracy for personal gain. It's not as if it's a Notre Dame football star would have trouble getting a genuine girlfriend.

In my mind it was all about the publicity. I hope I'm wrong, but if I'm not, this could really cost this guy alot of money.....
